Playlist 23

This playlist moves into the next two Korwes of the Jatiswaram and also introduces an instructed strength video. The program is now moving into a place where it will challenge and increasing strength, while keeping alignment. Please do the exercises mindfully and pay attention to the instructions. This is a suggested playlist, so please feel free to add material that you individually need to work on.
