I had a take a break from dance practice due to personal issues, and I noticed that it has affected my stamina and flexibility. Could you please advise what I can do to ease back into practice?
Start with the basic warm up exercises, and work yourself up.
Don’t do continuous adavus when you start back. Work on strength and flexibility.
