In the Instruction video to Sarukal (serikal) adavu variation 2, at 00:28 there's a mention of (I am probably going to butcher this) "If you're still finding it difficult, there is a preparation for -------" I am curious to know what that is and if I have missed its elaboration in any of the other videos. Could you clarify?
Preparation for cossacks. You need to strengthen your turn out muscles, glutes and quads for this adavu to work. Check the knee alignment in alignment essentials, "alidam" is pretty much the same position. All the strength for beginners will also help.
