Dear Citran,
It is best to follow the advise of your doctor. Each person is different, and it varies based on your previous activity. SOme women continue dancing well into the 8th month, but just avoid big jumps after the 7th month. If you have been active, you can continue, but all the exercises can't be done. When your bely begins to grow, you shouldn't do planks any longer or roll downs because it compresses your stomach. The online program is not made for pregnant women, so unless you have the ability to assess what is alright for you, please go to classes that are structured for pregnant women specifically.
