You can start with playlist 1 and progress slowly. You can also access any of the alignment series, theory lectures or Natyashastra and abhinaya darpana series as you please. Everything is included in the playlists, but you might want to go back to previous videos frequently and also add some theory as you wish.
The physical sections please try to progress as the playlists recommend as the muscular progression is kept in mind.
