Hello Ma'am,
I have just joined and subscribed to your program yesterday. I would like to begin with thanking you for creating such a lovely program and making it accessible to all of us. It brings me so much happiness to just be part of this and being guided by you . I have always admired your work and always wished there was some way I could learn from you and this program is like the universe answering the same.
I have learnt ten years of bharatanatyam but had so many breaks for many reasons that I had to discontinue. Something, that I have always regretted. This program has given me the courage and hope that I can pursue dance again and though an amateur compared to the rest here I hope my hard work, commitment, spirit and the sheer joy of learning from you and the happiness dance gives me makes up for it.
Ma'am, I do have a few questions about the warm up before the dance and was wondering if you could guide me as I am just starting out.
Should I follow the following in this order
Warm up , Strength and flexibility thrice a week
Warm up and dance practice the rest of the days.
Please advise.
