I wanted to see if you have any advice on how to adjust practice sessions if one is going to the gym for strength training, and running for cardio.
In 'how to use the program', you mention if one has 5 hours in the week, to divide it into say about 90 min sessions, 3 days a week. But in each of those sessions, would you still recommend going through all/some of the strength training modules if one is lifting weights in the gym on other days? I realize both are somewhat different forms of strength training - gym vs RadhaKalpa - but it seems like I have to skip either one to manage my time and fit everything that I'm trying to do.
Your take on time management is also appreciated, and thank you very much for this comprehensive program.
