I am out of job and had cancelled subscription few months ago and I was charged this month on July 17 again. Please is there a way to get the money back?

There is definitely an option to stop a subscription because many users do it. You probably had not stopped subscription, which is why you were charged again.
We are unable to handle issues related to subscription. Only the support can do that. Please reach out to them. If it was an error, I am certain they will help you.
There is a tab called 'Help' at the bottom of this page. Please click on that and then write to them with your issue.

Thank you for your reply. I had paused my subscription 4 months ago and my creditcard was charged this month . I will surely contact support. Thank you for redirecting me to support.

Dear Rajitha,
You answered your own question. You only "paused" your subscription, you did not cancel it. Pauses are allowed only for a period of three months I think. It will automatically "un-pause" after the specified time. This is informed to you when you choose the pause option.
You did not cancel the subscription.
