I'm sorry I have tried to contact your support and there was no help. However due to the current covid situation, I have to pick up extra shifts and I have not had the time to practice so I wanted to stop the subscription last month, however I was charged and I tried to contact your support to change it and they have sent me instructions that is automated and I am sure it has not been fixed. There is no option of stopping the subscription on the website.

Please assist me.

Dear Vysheki,
There is definitely an option to stop a subscription because many users do it. You have to look at it in your account options.
We are unable to handle issues related to subscription. Only the support can do that. Please reach out to them again
