Dear Rukmini Akka,
I'm sorry I have tried to contact your support and there was no help. However due to the current covid situation, I have to pick up extra shifts and I have not had the time to practice so I wanted to stop the subscription last month, however I was charged and I tried to contact your support to change it and they have sent me instructions that is automated and I am sure it has not been fixed. There is no option of stopping the subscription on the website.
Please assist me.
