Thank you for answering my previous question about the sequence that we should follow and I am on playlist 2 now.
Would it be possible for you to give some general guidelines on nutrition for a dancer...what are some of the things that you eat - what is your nutrition plan through the week normally and how should one eat before and after a performance and especially the days leading upto a performance?
Any inputs on normal practice days and working upto a performance are welcomes. I am gluten free foodie and have a serious problem with dark chocolate ....
