Thank you for creating this online platform, it helps me tremendously in slowly getting back to dancing!

I was wondering if you have any tips for head, neck and eye movements to practice for the adavus and for dancing in general? Any specific exercises for these body parts would also be great!

Dear Kaavya,

The first warm up addresses clarity of head movements slowly. We will be uploading the bhedas within the next few days which address these things specifically as well.
