I live in Michigan and I thank you for the awesome online program you’ve created , especially the exercises and work-out , but while practicing I still have little thigh pain , is there a specific work-out for the thighs ?
And also I have a monthly subscription, the last playlist I have in the program is playlist 11 and I’ve received directly playlist 14 in my e-mail , are there playlist 12 and 13 that I’ve missed ?
I am not sure why you haven't received the email. You will anyway be able to access all the playlists on the website.
You will have pain in the thighs when practising. It will probably never go. :-) I still have pain after so many years. It just gets better and easier over time. The Legs and core, work your thigh muscles.

And also , wanted to ask could I post the video of me practicing the sarvalaghu jati on social media ?
Regarding the same topic (social media) is it really a platform that people get to know I’m a dancer ? Practice , classes and the remaining time attending and spending time with my kids , do not find enough time for social media , have been thinking a lot about this !!!
could you please pen-in your precious views on this and help me have a clear perception regarding this ?
