Dear Team. My subscription was due and i had instructed my bank to authorise my subscription. Yet my subscription was declined. I am trying to resubscribe but my credit card is getting declined. I use this card to make all my purchases online. it works for other online platforms. Can you please check what went wrong?
Your charges are in dollars and we have a india credit card, probably thats a problem. Do you have any india payment gateway? Simpler would be to give a UPI link so that we could pay.
