I just wanted to share with you that I'm really enjoying practicing dance with all the content that is available :) Thank you.
I also have a query regarding breathing while dancing.
How can I be more mindful of breathing during an adavu practice or while doing an alarippu, jatisvaram, varnam etc? I find that I unconsciously hold my breath while dancing sometimes because of which I tend to unknowingly purse my lips and even get tired much sooner than maybe what could generally be otherwise.
