I have a question in how to properly do a deep aalidam. I am able to stretch far back, however, I am having trouble lifting the foot in natte and bringing it back to the other side without losing balance. My feet in natte keeps becoming flat on the floor to gain balance to do the other side instead of keeping it in natte and living to go back. I hope that makes sense. Please let me know if you any tips.
