The Raadha Kalpa Method

I had subscribed for monthly plan. I see that my account is not debited for month of April(at least until today) and I am not able to access content though I did not cancel my subscription.
I have written couple of emails about this to Vimeo ( from Contact US menu ) but no reply.
Has anyone faced this ? If you did so, I want to know if I have to subscribe again ? Can I use the email id?
Any help is appreciated.

I have no idea why vimeo is not responding. Please just try subscribing again using the same email ID. It shows us that your card expired. Maybe that is why it didn't charge again. Please verify the billing information and I'm sure it will work again.
