In the first video you mentioned about a downloadable file. This is the first time I am learning Carnatic music so I am having difficulty in understanding. I understood the speed part.
If this could be in a written format for better understanding would be appreciated

There will be files, but since I am trying to replicate a class format, we insist that you try to take your own notes during the lecture. This is how I do it in my regular classes. Content is repeated enough times such that it is understood first before handing out notes.
There will also be subsequent lectures reinforcing the same idea, after which the notes will be uploaded. Don't worry. By the time you are through with all the lectures, you will be able to understand it easily and the notes will only be something like a visual validation of your understanding.
I hope this clarifies.
If you still face problems after taking your own notes, I will reconsider and upload the notes earlier. But I always feel that writing as you listen makes an idea more solid.
