First of all thanks a lot for organising such a platform.
I joined the class only recently and I am kind of confused as to where to start. So, I started watching the playlist called "starting out" and will watch playlist 1 next and so on. Am I on the right track? I saw that the videos are also classified as different series, so if I follow the playlists will I go through all the videos posted in the right order?

Yes you are on the right track. You will go through all the videos if you start at the first playlist.
You can always veer away from the playlist on some days and do only the flexibility and strength. But the playlist progression ensures that your body adapts well to the demands placed on it.

Hi Rukmini, I have just started the program and am a little confused as well...How many times a week should I ideally practice and from I understand is that you are suggesting following the playlists so how many times am I supposed to practice the same playlist in a week - am I supposed to do one playlist per week and progress accordingly?
You have also mentioned in one of the threads that one day should be strength and the other day should be dance practice - pl do guide me.

There is a video on the theory first series, on how to use the program effectively. Maybe watching that will help.
Ideal practise:
- start with playlist 1 and progress slowly. repeat each playlist 3-4 times before going to the next.
- inbetween playlists, you can always add extra strength and flexibility / alignment series
Ideally you shluld practise 2- 3 times a week before moving to the next,
The playlists introduce content in a sequential methodical manner, but once you progress, you must use your discretion to revisit older playlists to reinforce content.
