Hello, I bought a year subscription for 820 today. I thought I was using my credit card but it was my debit card, i do not have that money right now. I canceled my subscription 30 min after buying it, will I get my money back?

Mam, I have sent out multiple emails requesting help and it feels like I am sending them to no body as I have heard not any type of communication or verification from them? Is there anything you can do to further along this process or more direct contact info?
