Dear Madhura, if you follow the playlists that are made consecutively, it should help in slowly progressing stamina. Stick with a playlist until you are able to get through it without much effort. You can then move on to the next.
Try to stick with the adavus and do them through all the speeds before you get out of the araimandi position. Make sure you don't feel any pain in your knees while doing so.
