After having learnt Bharatanatyam for 8 years as a child, I gave up learning very close to Arangetram. Now I am in my late 20's and picking up again as an advanced learner in the US. I am roughly in the middle of my margam repertoire and really struggling with stamina. Can you please put up a video on how to structure practice to slowly increase stamina esp for older students? Thank you very much for this incredible resource. It is exactly what I needed to supplement my renewed pursuit of excelling as a dancer!
Dear Madhura, if you follow the playlists that are made consecutively, it should help in slowly progressing stamina. Stick with a playlist until you are able to get through it without much effort. You can then move on to the next.
Try to stick with the adavus and do them through all the speeds before you get out of the araimandi position. Make sure you don't feel any pain in your knees while doing so.
