You will be able to stream and follow the strength and conditioning workouts to find balance, alignment and efficiency in your dance practice.
The alignment and adavu practice will offer generic corrections applicable to any style and help you find awareness in your movement practice.
The repertoire and sequencing will give you practice korwes, and Jathis, and also offer lessons in the rhythmic construct.
The program will also have guest lectures and lessons on theory of bharatanatyam that serve as tools applicable in the practice of bharatanatyam.
Video releases every two weeks.
It is important to write Korwes and Jathis coherently such that you can understand when reading them subsequently. This lecture suggests ways in which you can begin to create a system of notation for yourself.
