The 5th Naatadavu is fairly easier to execute if you are clear with the 3rd and 4th Naatadavu. The bend is in the diagonal, and the length of the back must be maintained. The Swastikam introduced in the second Naatadavu is used again. So as long as there has been clarity so far, this will be an easy step to progress to.
Be aware of the arm that stay in Natyarambham. Don't let it float to the back and pinch your scapula.
